After some thoughtful reflection over the past 2 years, I realized that I had some things that I needed to change in myself in order to cope with the reality of my situation. I have always been one to promote positive thinking and letting go of the small things, yet I was still plagued by stress, anxiety, and negative feelings. Many things I was able to address via talk therapy and some changes in my approach to certain topics, and yet I found that there were some things that still plagued me. Now, I'm trying a few more things that make sense, but I never managed to put into practice. This is my journey.
